Round Up

We had open house and I love to meet Baylor's teachers.  This is his first male teacher, Mr. Maxwell.  And he is very tall so he sat in his chair for the photo.  And his wife had their third baby the second day of school so we were not even sure he would be there for the open house.  He went over his teaching style and goals for the year and I loaded him up with Mucinex, Delsym and Airborne and Lysol wipes and spray.

It took almost two years but the orchid rebloomed!

Everyone is up in the mornings except the animals.

I need a rain coat, this walking the dog in the rain is for birds, not me.

Jake likes to watch out the window at the comings and goings of all the critters in the Brown's yard.  Eddy just liked being on Brown Patrol, letting us know when they were on the move.

I am afraid one day he is going to go out the window.

Jake can curl up in one cushion or sprawl out and take up the whole couch.

Mom and Dad came over for a visit on Saturday.  And they both feel asleep on the couch.  Aww, the life of the senior citizens!

The boys cuddled in bed on Sunday morning.  It is a nice sight to see because most of the time Jake is a jerk in bed!

It is the first weekend in September and time to start the pinatas!  It was a nice day for them to dry but I had to move them out front because I was afraid Jake would try to eat them when I was not out there.

Baylor had a friend over.  I can always tell if I should forget.

Grimm, because we have not forgotten we have a cat.

My phone was hi-jacked by Baylor and Zayden, who was spending the day with us so his parents could focus on moving into their new house.  It is hard to work when your kid wants your attention too.  So it was nice to have him over to play on their day off, Labor Day.

They tried the pool, but it was pretty cold!!

It did not last long for any of them.

The boys sunned themselves on the driveway to warm up after their chilly dip.
