Round Up

Guess what Roxie found this morning.  I do not know why Baylor and Gloria have not learned to put their socks away!!

I worked on my snowman last night and in the morning and I think he turned out well.

Good Morning Lisburn.  Another beautiful morning.

And the trees have hit their peak!  I love the bright red-orange color of my trees.

Sunday mornings mean our favorite breakfast, fried potatoes.

It was a nice afternoon so we had a little fire and took care of the pinata corpses.

Baylor worked on breaking down the piggie body and then the dogs helped him out as well.

The snitch took a bit to get going but eventually he too was ash.

The kids raked the leaves and had their annual leaf pile fun.  I was happy they were able to play today because I knew the rain was predicted for the rest of the week and the leaves would be too wet after today.

And the annual leaf toss.

This is what I get when I ask him to smile.  It is what it is!

Then we went pumpkin chunking.  One of our favorite Fall traditions.

On your march, get set, throw!

The one tree without a lot of leaves is sick and I am not sure how long we will have it.  The branches are dying and the leaves fell a lot faster than the other trees,

Time for dogs in leaves photos.

We voted!!!

On the last swimming class the kids worked on basic rescue with the ring float.

And diving off the edge of the pool.  Baylor is not a fan of diving and usually plops into the water instead.

They did several laps and at the end of class it was recommended he take it again.  Which, sadly, he is not interested in.  But I am glad he did this one.

And with all the rain, the leave are mostly down.

It is our old friend the train, caught on my way to Baylor's last swimming class in fourth grade.  While he was taking classes through the Rec Center, his class was taking lessons as well.  Some days he had two swimming lessons!

He is in the advanced group in his class, which I do think he is proud of.

He loves jumping of the diving board now.  I remember when he first had the chance to do that at our old lessons at Messiah and he wound not get past the hand rails.

The kids showed off their skills for the parents and we were all very proud.

I sent pictures to Caden's mom as she was not able to attend.

After the floating, they were done for another two years.  I think they learn basic boating next time!

My trees have lost their glory for this year.

I love coming home to these two crazies.  They are always happy to see me.   With all the rain and mud, it is impossible to keep the window clean!

My view from the stop sign.

This girl is amazing at finding socks!

We had an Aunt's meeting at DiAnn's and throw a baby sprinkle for Amy and Chelsea and the new babies.  Baylor loved holding them.  This is Delaney, Chelsea's new daughter.  She is two weeks old.

This is Summer, Amy's new daughter.  She is five weeks old.

This is Baylor discovering and falling in love with tiny baby hands.

The girls all together.

Early November and the flowers are still blooming.  Crazy for November 10th.
